Out of a lifelong passion and love for food, came Chickadee Epicurean. My journey of creating food that is beautiful to look at and equally beautiful to eat began at a very young age. I remember the moment my Polish Grandma, Stella, helped me create my very first pierogi; that is when my journey began! I started as a personal chef in Indianapolis and Detroit and spent much of my first professional cooking years travelling and learning as much as I could; from there my passion and my business has grown into what it is now. I believe cooking, like any art, comes from your heart. Everything I make is passionately, thoughtfully and lovingly prepared.
